Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants in Toulouse: 2020
The Michelin Guide has announced the new Toulouse restaurants that have received their Bib Gourmand award for 2020. The Bib Gourmand has been awarded since 1997, as a way for Michelin to recognize “good quality, good value” restaurants vs. the expensive “fine dining” that is epitomized by the much more well-known Michelin stars. According to Michelin, the price limit for “Bib” consideration can vary between countries – and cities – depending on the cost of living. In order to qualify for consideration in 2020, a restaurant in France must offer at least one complete “menu” (comprising a starter, main dish, and dessert) for no more than 34 € (38 € in Paris). What shouldn’t vary, though, is your satisfaction at having eaten a good meal at a reasonable price.
